Co-founder of the magazine Classica in 1998, Bertrand Dermoncourt served as its Editorial Director until 2018, when he became Director of Radio Classique. He writes music criticism for L’Express and edits Actes Sud’s collection of composers’ biographies. To date, Dermoncourt has authored or edited over a hundred books on music and musicians. Arvo Pärt, written by Karol Beffa and edited by Bertrand Dermoncourt, is forthcoming from Hermits United.
